At Precision Complete, we are committed to providing high-quality genetic testing services. Due to the nature of genetic testing and laboratory processing, our return policy has specific conditions that customers should understand before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
Before Sample Collection
- Full refund available: If you have not yet collected your sample, you may return your unused genetic test kit within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Kit must be unopened: The test kit must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the kit was defective or damaged upon arrival.
After Sample Collection
- No returns accepted: Once you have collected your sample and sent it to our laboratory, the test cannot be returned or refunded.
- Laboratory processing: Once your sample enters our laboratory processing system, the testing procedure begins immediately and cannot be reversed.
Exceptions
Defective or Damaged Products
- If your test kit arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- We will provide a replacement kit or full refund at no additional cost.
- We cover return shipping for defective products.
Laboratory Processing Issues
- If our laboratory cannot process your sample due to technical issues (not related to sample quality), we will provide a replacement kit at no charge.
- If a replacement sample also cannot be processed, a full refund will be provided.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our customer support at info@precisioncomplete.nl within the applicable timeframe
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorization before sending any items back
4. Package securely and ship to the address provided by our support team
Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned item
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

- This policy applies to all genetic testing products sold by Precision Complete
- DNA Data Analysis, if purchased, are non-refundable once the analysis has been completed
